SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Shipping rates are subject to variation based on the destination of your order. To provide you with accurate information, we display the relevant shipping rates during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times can vary due to factors such as customs processing, public holidays and local postal services. 

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number on request. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time and provides you with an estimated delivery date. You can use this information to stay updated on the whereabouts of your order until it reaches your doorstep. 

REFUND PROCESS:

Refund for Dispatched Orders (UAE & International)

If you request a refund after your order has been dispatched, the shipping cost (to and from the destination) will be deducted, and the remaining amount returned. This applies to both UAE and international orders.

*In UAE, shipping is a complimentary service but if the product is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects and transit damage, it is an expense and will be deducted. 

Eligible Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or Broken Products – If you receive a perfume bottle that is broken or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

For eligible refund requests, we will process the refund using the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 7 to 40 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution. 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, the cancellation must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot process cancellations.
